The object seen in the picture is a stand
mixer. This mixer is powered by electricity, and it mixes the ingredients put
in the bowl, by using its flat beater and/or the steel wire whip. Even though
this mixer can be used in bakeries too, but it is more specifically planned to
be used by those who bake their own cakes or breads at their home kitchen. The size
of this stand mixer is pretty standard which lets the person to be able to use
and handle it easily at home. It is neither too small, nor too big like the ones
more seen in bakeries. The reason of creation and concept behind this stand
mixer is to design a product which does the mixing of the ingredients itself
with just a push of a button, without having the baker to hold the beater. So,
this lets the hands of the baker to be free to perform other errands using two
hands while the mixer is mixing; the stand mixer is considered to be a big
evolvement compared to its counterpart product, the hand mixer, without changing
the original purpose which is to mix ingredients. As a result, this product has
a very great idea with an effective solution to the problems related to mixing
of ingredients.
